The biggest thing is about to happen.

is really where all of the living happens in our house. It’s also our play room, our toy room, and our family room.

Believe it or not, it actually works really well for all of those purposes, even with 2 kids and all their toys.I definitely have a few tricks up my sleeve for dealing with all that stuff, but I also try to keep the room pretty simple, so I only added a few Easter things in here and kept them mostly kid-and-toddler-friendly of course..Yes, that sign does say “Hoppy Easter”.

I just can’t resist a good pun!.Sometimes the Easter baskets are for decoration, and sometimes they’re for carrying around tractors, and that’s just fine.

While we have a pretty gigantic table in our kitchen,.

our dining room.OK, and ice cream too!.

I grabbed some mis-matched glass vases from my collection and alternated greens with silver Christmas balls..I just used some cedar and some kind of low-growing pine type stuff from the yard.. And that’s Christmas for my new (old) brick wall!.

I’ll be linking this one up to Kim’s.Mantel and Vignette Party!.
